Job Opportunity: Reservations Agent (Temporary)
Location: London
Salary/Rate of Pay: From £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Platinum Recruitment is collaborating with a popular 4-star hotel in London to offer an exciting opportunity for a temporary Reservations Agent to join their team immediately.

As a Reservations Agent, your responsibilities will include handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. You will assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests, navigating the Opera Cloud system to manage bookings and maintain accurate guest information.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Reservations Administrator, Coordinator, or Agent
- Background in a 4 or 5-star London hotel
- Proven experience using OPERA CLOUD PMS is essential
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible to work shifts between 8 am to 6 pm
