Our client, a thriving company in the Medical Devices sector, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dedicated team of HR experts. As the primary point of contact, both on-site and digitally, you will play a crucial role in advising specialists and managers on all personnel-related and employment law matters. Reporting directly to the DACH HR management, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with all stakeholders and business partners.
- Engage in project management and collaborate on HR initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on all employee-related and employment law matters.
Requirements:
- Commercially trained, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- Several years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent role.
- Profound familiarity with payroll accounting and employment law in Switzerland.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
