Location: London – Hybrid

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is representing a well-established, award-winning catering business specializing in providing exceptional catering services for a wide range of events. They are currently looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in roles such as Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Content Writer, Social Media Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Events Marketing.

THE ROLE:

  • Lead the development of the marketing strategy and execute comprehensive plans and strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Generate analytical reports across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Provide formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Manage and oversee monthly budget allocation.
  • Supervise all social media channels and the digital marketing strategy.
  • Create compelling and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads and enhance online visibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote catering services for events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.

THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience in roles such as Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Content Writer, Social Media Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Events Marketing.
  • Experience in a marketing role within an events/hospitality/restaurant group is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing plans and campaigns across digital, social, and events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
