Job Title: Recovery Nurse

Location: Westmeath Hospital, Westmeath

Employment Type: Permanent

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Staff Nurses to join our established hospital in Westmeath. The successful candidates will be assigned to roles in Theatre, Recovery, or Anaesthetics on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the designated area of expertise.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols and standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Utilize electronic health records and be proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Registered with the NMBI.
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a hospital setting in Ireland or equivalent.
• Strong expertise or a keen interest in the specified area.
• Proficiency in using computers for clinical documentation and communication.
• Proven ability in written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience working autonomously and within a team.
