A local authority in the South of England is currently seeking a full-time Social Worker specializing in Children with Disabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CIN and CP cases as necessary, and assisting with EHC Plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducting locality visits to children with disabilities
  • Identifying and assessing the needs of disabled children and their families
  • Participating in panels to advocate for young individuals seeking direct payments for support or placement in a residential facility
