Position: Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer
Location: Manchester, Leeds, Leicester, or Edinburgh
About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our busy and successful building services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our project delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and deliver multiple medium complexity projects without supervision, or packages of high complexity projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple medium complexity projects or packages of high complexity projects within the building services sector
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical building services engineering
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Mentor and support junior engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartered status
- Extensive experience in electrical building services engineering, including design and project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building services systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects
