As the IT Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the IT support team and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the Service Desk. This includes scheduling support tickets and engineer site visits, as well as managing the timely delivery of projects. You will also work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to maintain a high standard of service delivery to our clientele.

Hours: Full Time, with the possibility of a hybrid role following a successful training period

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum


  • Customer service experience
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow clear direction from colleagues at all levels
  • Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Reliability and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including management and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Clear understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times


  • Work experience in a Service Desk environment and/or MSP
  • Understanding of ticket priorities based on various factors
  • Understanding of basic IT faults and their impacts
