Job Description:
This is a prominent international medtech company currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their expanding Swedish team. The primary focus will be on managing incoming projects with their existing clients in the healthcare sector.
For management consultants looking to transition in-house, this presents an excellent opportunity to gain a more long-term perspective in a role akin to that of a project and program manager.
The role involves overseeing substantial and intricate projects, encompassing the integration of new medical technologies and systems into hospitals, as well as future upgrades and service agreements. Essentially, you'll be orchestrating both internal and external stakeholders to align with their long-term commitments.
The projects primarily revolve around IT, making prior experience in managing complex IT projects within the healthcare sector highly desirable. Your main focus will be on the public sector.
Our client excels in their imaging and patient monitoring product lines, playing a pivotal role in the healthcare ecosystem. Consequently, their projects have a substantial impact on enhancing the quality of care and streamlining the efficiency of the Swedish healthcare sector.
Given the scale of these projects, we require a minimum of 3-4 years of project/program management experience in the healthcare sector. Experience with larger, complex projects in the public sector is preferred, but experience with other medtech or labtech companies will also be considered. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential.
There's flexibility regarding your work location, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund, and Umeå. Ideally, you'd be office-based two days a week, but we're open to discussing further flexibility. Some travel is involved, but client visits are more on a quarterly basis rather than weekly.
