Position: Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust solutions for SAP HANA systems.
- Develop strategies for optimizing the performance of SAP HANA databases and SAP FPSL product.
- Collaborate across teams to fine-tune configurations, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate operational risks.
- Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and implement measures to prevent downtime and performance issues.
- Conduct routine performance evaluations to optimize resource usage, ensuring an efficient cloud cost structure.
- Address incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
- Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SAP HANA administration, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing high availability solutions for SAP HANA systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for system maintenance and monitoring.
- Deep understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data administration practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems.
- Adeptness in effective collaboration with multifunctional teams, both verbally and in written form.
